Bio

Olivia Hataway was born and raised in Orange County, California. She discovered her passion for aviation at the age of 12 when she took a flight in a Cessna 182 through the EAA's Young Eagles program. After getting hooked on flying, she would often ask for discovery flights on her birthday and would build model planes to hang in her room.

In 2023, Olivia completed her flight training at Blue Line Aviation in Raleigh, North Carolina. She went from a private pilot to a multi-engine instructor in nine months. She is passionate about making connections and providing personal, quality instruction for her students.

When not flying, Olivia can be found drawing, painting, boating on the lake, going on nature walks, and spending the with her family.
